Cream Cheese Rum Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. milk
4 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 to 1 tsp. rum flavoring
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
3 (3 oz.) unsweetened chocolate sq., melted and cooled
Preparation

In mixing bowl combine cream cheese and milk, gradually adding sugar.
Beat until smooth.
Stir in vanilla, rum flavoring and chocolate.
Add 1 cup of nuts.
Pour fudge into an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan, buttered.
Sprinkle with remaining nuts.
Chill.
For variety, substitute rum flavoring with orange or almond.
