Light French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. skim milk
    2 eggs, beaten or 3 egg whites
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 Tbsp. Superose liquid sweetener
    4 slices diet bread
Preparation
    Beat eggs in bowl.
    Add milk, sugar and liquid sweetener.
    Mix well.
    Dip bread in mixture.
    Cook over stove in skillet sprayed with nonstick spray at medium-high heat until done on both sides. Serve with lo-cal syrup.
