Creamy Broccoli, Rice And Mushroom Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked white rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 container sour cream
    1 tsp. horseradish cream
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. French's mustard
    3 Tbsp. parsley
    1 c. chopped mushrooms
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    3 c. broccoli flowerets
Preparation
    Cook rice beforehand (1 cup dry rice).
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Combine undiluted soup, sour cream, horseradish cream, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, parsley and 1 cup of cheese. Layer rice, broccoli, mushrooms and soup mixture into a casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
    Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until heated through and broccoli is tender.
