Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
4 or 5 eggs
2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
4 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
grated rind of lemon
Preparation
-
Sift the powdered sugar with 2 cups flour and salt.
Cut in the cup of butter with a pastry blender.
Pat down in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove from oven.
