Barbecue Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 pork chops
1 c. flour
1/2 c. cornmeal
1 stick butter
1 chopped onion
1 bottle barbecue sauce
salt and pepper
Preparation

Coat pork chops in flour, cornmeal mixture.
Melt butter in cake pan, 9 x 13-inch.
Brown meat on one side and turn.
Mix onion and barbecue sauce; pour over chops and cook in a slow oven until tender.
Cover pan with foil before baking.
