Baked Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small boxes wild rice
    2 tall whole mushrooms, drained
    12 olives, drained
    12 to 16 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    28 oz. whole tomatoes
Preparation
    Butter
    9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Saving some cheese for top, mix all together.
    Cover and cook for 1 hour at 350\u00b0, then uncovered
    for 35 to 45 more minutes.
    Top with cheese 10 minutes before it's done.
    Serves 6 to 8.
