Cheese Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. medium cheddar cheese
    1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
    1/2 lb. mild cheddar cheese
    2 (8-oz) pkgs cream cheese
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2/3 c. dried onion flakes (or less if using minced onion)
    minced garlic to taste (be careful)
    dash salt
    chili powder
Preparation
    Grate all cheese and chop up cream cheese (I use a big roast pan).
    Add remainder of ingredients.
    Let cheese warm to room temperature.
    Mix well.
    Roll into logs and then roll in chili powder.
    Makes about 8
    6-inch logs.
    Wrap each in Saran Wrap, then in foil and refrigerate.
    Slice and serve with crackers.
