Cheese Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large loaves thin white bread, cut off crusts
    1/4 lb. unsalted butter, softened
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
    garlic powder to taste
Preparation
    Blend softened butter and grated cheeses.
    Add garlic powder. Using a rolling pin, roll each slice thin.
    Spread on mixture, not too thick.
    Roll up into logs.
    Set in tray.
    Cover with foil; freeze.
    When ready to serve, bake at 350\u00b0 15 minutes.
