Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. squash
salt to taste
2 tsp. minced onion
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 stick melted oleo
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing mix
1 can celery soup or mushroom or chicken soup
1 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook squash until tender; drain.
Return to pot.
Add salt, sour cream and onion.
Mix. Mix together the oleo and stuffing mix. Place 1/2 in bottom of casserole dish.
Pour and spread the soup mixture over the top; do not stir.
Put remaining stuffing mix on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot and bubbly.
Sprinkle cheese on top. Cook until brown.
Serves 8.
