Peg'S Meringue(For Pie) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. cornstarch
6 Tbsp. sugar (rounded)
1/2 c. boiling water
3 egg whites
Preparation

Moisten cornstarch with a little bit of cold water.
Stir in boiling water with sugar added.
Cook until clear.
Cool completely.
Beat egg whites stiff.
Gradually add cooked cooled mixture to egg whites.
Beat until mixture stands in stiff peaks. Spread over pie and brown in 350\u00b0 oven.
