Fat-Free Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oatmeal
    1 1/4 c. wheat bran
    1/4 c. brown sugar or equal amount of sweetener
    2 egg whites
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. raisins or dried fruit
    1 apple (with peeling), chopped
    1 1/4 c. skim milk
Preparation
    Mix together oatmeal, bran, baking powder, cinnamon and sweetener with a fork.
    Add
    to
    this
    mixture the egg whites, milk and vegetable oil
    which
    has\tbeen
    mixed together.
    Mix until moist.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix with a fork or spoon.
    Spoon into muffin\tpan
    which
    has
    been
    lined
    with Baker's paper cup liners.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Store in tightly covered container
    in
    freezer or refrigerator.
    No cholesterol, no fat and
    low
    in calories!\tYields 12 muffins. Doesn't rise.
