Ingredients

1 yellow cake mix
1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) vanilla instant pudding
3 bananas
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. coconut
1 pkg. frozen strawberries
Preparation

Bake cake according to package directions in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Boil pineapple and sugar and let cool.
While cake is hot, punch holes in cake with fork and cover with pineapple mixture. Mix pudding according to package directions and pour over pineapple layer.
Slice bananas and lay on top and cover with Cool Whip, then coconut, then strawberries.
Store in refrigerator.
