Chicken Spaghetti Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 leg quarters, boiled and deboned
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, cooked and drained
    1 medium diced onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. green bell pepper
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. grated mild Cheddar cheese (reserve some for top)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion, celery and bell pepper in a little butter.
    Mix all ingredients and pour in a large baking dish (or 2 small dishes).
    Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
