Malaysian Vegetable Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

broccoli
cauliflower
water
small amount oil
onion
carrots
meat
mushrooms and water chestnuts (if desired)
seasoning (as necessary)
Preparation

Cook broccoli and cauliflower in water with a small amount of oil.
Bring to boil.
Turn off heat.
Fry onion, carrots and meat in oil; reduce to low heat until cooked.
Do not overcook.
It is better crispy.
If desired, add mushrooms and water chestnuts. Mix everything together.
Add seasoning as desired.
Serve and enjoy!
Serves 6 plus depending on the amount of vegetables you prepare.
If you use meat, cut it in tiny pieces.
We preferred it without meat.
