Tangy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 stick butter
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together and dip each piece chicken in sauce. Place chicken in dish and baste while cooking.
    Cover while baking.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
