Mike'S Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. meal
1 Tbsp. self-rising flour
1 egg
1 small onion, finely chopped
buttermilk

Preparation

Mix meal, flour, egg, onion and buttermilk until soupy.
Use tablespoon to dip mix and put in hot oil.
Cook until golden brown.
