Vegetable Cheese Tart - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten or Egg Beaters equivalent
2 c. half and half
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup and recipe mix
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and well drained
1 unbaked (9-inch) pie shell or prebaked (11-inch) tart shell
Preparation

In a large bowl, stir first 5 ingredients until blended. Spoon into pie or tart shell.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
