Light And Crunchy Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. Aunt Mid's baby spinach
    4 oz. Aunt Mid's sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. red onion, slivered
    1/4 seedless cucumber, sliced thin
    15 grape tomatoes, cut in half
    1/2 c. Blue Diamond almond toppers
    3/4 c. Garlic Expressions vinaigrette or to taste
    2 c. coleslaw mix
Preparation
    Combine salad ingredients in a large serving bowl. Toss with vinaigrette just before serving. Serves 4.
