Yeast Bread Or Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cake yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. lukewarm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. shortening
    2 c. lukewarm water
    5 to 7 c. bread flour
Preparation
    Add the yeast and water mixture to remaining ingredients.
    Add flour last and mix with a wooden spoon (mix well).
    Place in a large bowl that has been greased well.
    Cover.
    Store in refrigerator several hours before using.
