Fresh Apple Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. diced apples
1 c. chopped nuts (if desired)
Preparation

Beat eggs, sugar and oil thoroughly to mix well.
Sift together flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon.
Add to egg mixture and beat.
Fold in diced apples and chopped nuts, if desired.
Pour in a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex baking dish, greased and floured.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
Remove from oven and dust with powdered sugar.
Cut into squares.
