"The Pantry'S" Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. soft shortening
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
1 c. frozen or fresh blueberries
Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar.
Add egg, salt, baking powder, flour and milk.
Mix well.
Fold in blueberries.
Divide dough evenly into 12 greased muffin cups or cupcake cups.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes.
Sprinkle a little sugar on top of each before putting into oven.
