Sour Cream Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    2 (10 oz. each) cans cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 tsp. chili powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    tortillas (corn)
Preparation
    Brown meat in a skillet, pour off fat.
    Remove pan from heat and stir in soup, sour cream, chili powder, salt and pepper.
