Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 c. tomatoes
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. parsley
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
1 (8 oz.) can Parmesan cheese
1 (8 oz.) Mozzarella cheese
1 (8 oz.) Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Brown ground beef and onion and pour off grease, then add tomatoes, minced garlic, oregano, parsley, salt and water.
Mix and simmer for 30 minutes.
Cook lasagna noodles as directed on box. Drain noodles and layer in pan:
noodles first, then meat mixture and cheeses (Parmesan, Mozzarella and Cheddar).
Make in three layers, ending with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
