Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. corn kernels from cooked ears of corn
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. pickling salt
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. ground turmeric
    3 c. white vinegar
    3 medium onions, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 small head green cabbage, chopped
Preparation
    In Dutch oven, mix sugar, flour, salt, mustard, turmeric and corn; stir in vinegar.
    Heat to boiling.
    Add vegetables and simmer, uncovered, for 25 minutes.
    Pack into canning jars, wipe rims and seal and process in boiling water bath for 15 minutes.
