Crumb Topped Broccoli Cheese Casserole(There'S Never A Crumb Left!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 stick margarine, melted
    dash of garlic powder
    1 1/2 lb. fresh carrots
    1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Prepare and cook carrots.
    Cut into lengthwise strips or medallions.
    In large skillet, cook and stir brown sugar, salt, orange peel and butter until bubbly.
    Add carrots and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally (about 10 minutes), or until carrots are glazed and heated through.
    Serves 5 or 6.
