Chicken And Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small hen
cornbread (large pan, thick)
white bread (biscuit or loaf, a little less than cornbread)
1 medium onion, diced
4 eggs
salt and pepper to taste
hot water
Preparation

Cook hen until tender (I pressure mine).
Crumble breads in very large mixing bowl.
Add hot water and keep mixing until bread is not too lumpy.
Add enough hot water to start thinning.
Add small amount of hot broth.
Add rest of ingredients and finish with broth.
Should be almost soupy.
Pour half in deep baking pan.
Add chicken (I take mine off bone).
Cover with rest of dressing.
Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours in 350\u00b0 oven until light brown.
