Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked sweet potatoes
1 small can crushed pineapple
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. margarine
cinnamon
marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mash potatoes.
Place in casserole.
Add pineapple, brown sugar and margarine.
Add dash of cinnamon.
Mix well.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until bubbly.
Top with marshmallows.
Top with nuts, if desired.
Return to oven until marshmallows are toasted.
