Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. self-rising flour
    3/4 c. shortening
    2 c. buttermilk
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 pkg. yeast dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Let rise about 5 minutes.
    Roll out, cut and bake in hot oven (425\u00b0) until brown.
