Corn Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 red bell pepper
    2 c. corn
    1 1/2 tsp. minced jalapeno pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 c. chopped cilantro
    1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar or rice vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. chopped chives
Preparation
    Place pepper directly over gas flame until blackened and blistered all over.
    Cool.
    Peel.
    Chop coarsely.
    In food processor combine pepper, corn, jalapeno and garlic.
    Process until finely chopped.
    Add cilantro, chives, vinegar and salt.
    Makes 2 cups.
