Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. salad oil
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated new zucchini
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. self-rising flour
    3 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients together; blend well.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Stir well, but do not beat.
    Spoon batter into 2 well-greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
