Coal Miner Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. black-eyed peas
    1 c. picante sauce or to taste
    salt and pepper
    garlic salt
Preparation
    Clean and cook peas.
    Drain peas and keep the juice.
    Put peas in food processor and chop up.
    Put pea mixture back into cooking pot.
    Add picante sauce, salt, pepper and garlic.
    If too thick, add pea juice until you get a medium
    mixture.
