Beef Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. salt
    3/4 c. white sugar
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. A.1. sauce
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 c. pineapple juice
    2 qt. water
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Add 3 pounds thin sliced and cut into strips beef.
    Let soak in refrigerator for 12 hours.
    Remove from brine. Place on smoker racks.
    Lightly sprinkle with garlic powder and Johnny salt.
    Smoke 3 pans of chips for a period of 20 hours or until dry.
