Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, separated
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    juice of 1 lemon or 2 Tbsp. bottled juice
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    1 (9-inch) pie crust
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks.
    Add sugar, flour, margarine, lemon juice and lemon extract. Mix well.
    Beat egg whites separately until stiff, fold into other ingredients.
    Pour into a baked pie shell and bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
