Cheesy Macaroni Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (7 1/4 oz.) pkg. macaroni and cheese dinner mix
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetables
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 (13 3/4 oz.) cans chicken broth
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Put water and salt in 3-quart saucepan and bring to a boil. Add macaroni.
    Cover and cook 5 minutes.
    Add vegetables and bring water to boil.
    Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 5 minutes. Drain macaroni and vegetables.
