    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    6 1/2 oz. can crabmeat, drained
    2 scallions, minced
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    6 curly lasagne noodles, cooked and drained
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
