Versatile Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. oil
3 c. flour
pinch of salt
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. grated carrots or 2 c. grated zucchini or 2 c. mashed banana
1/2 c. nuts (optional)
1 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation

Mix \"wet\" ingredients.
Add in \"dry\" ingredients.
Pour into greased and floured baking loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour plus, until done.
Test for doneness with knife.
Freezes well when cool.
