Tortellini Supper - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 oz. pkg. tortellini
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
10 oz. pkg. frozen peas (thawed)
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook tortellini according to directions, drain. In a skillet melt butter, cook mushrooms over medium heat stirring occasionally. When mushrooms are tender stir in tortellini and peas, continue cooking 3-5 minutes. Stir in 1 cup of cheese and salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
