Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 c. grated carrots
1 c. crushed pineapple, drain and save juice*
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1 box powdered sugar
1 cube margarine
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
pineapple juice*
Preparation

Cream oil, sugar and eggs well.
Add carrots and pineapple; mix well.
Sift flour, soda, cinnamon and salt together.
Add to creamed mixture.
Add nuts and vanilla last and beat well.
Bake in 3 (8-inch) cake pans at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or in small loaf pans for 1 1/4 hours.
