Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 large eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
dash of salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 small can evaporated milk
3 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1 (10-inch) unbaked pie shell

Preparation

Beat eggs well.
Add sugar, salt and spices; mix together. Add small can of milk.
Combine with mashed potatoes and mix thoroughly.
Turn into pie shell.
Bake in oven preheated to 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until firm.
