100% Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. warm water
    1 c. oil
    1 c. honey
    1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. yeast
    12 c. whole wheat flour
Preparation
    Mix water, oil, honey, salt and yeast in large bowl.
    (I use Dutch oven.)
    Stir gently.
    Add 10 cups flour and squish together thoroughly.
    Turn dough onto floured kneading board and knead in last 2 cups flour.
    Knead for at least 20 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
