Greek Potato "Fries" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium-sized baking potatoes
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    cooking spray
    2 Tbsp. malt vinegar
Preparation
    Clean potatoes. Cut lengthwise into 8 wedges. Place into a bowl of ice water for 30 minutes. Drain and pat dry with paper towels. Toss potatoes with oil. Place on oiled baking sheet, skin side down. Sprinkle oregano and pepper over potatoes.
