Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (4 oz. each)
1 jar dried beef
8 slices bacon
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream
1/4 to 1/2 c. sherry
Preparation

Place a slice of beef on the underside of the chicken breasts. Reserve extra slices for future use.
Wrap bacon around both, making a roll.
Place in a greased baking dish.
Combine soup, sour cream and sherry; spoon over chicken.
Cover; bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Uncover; bake another 30 minutes, or until brown.
May be made ahead and refrigerated until time to bake. Serve with steamed rice.
