Salad Of Distinction - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. orange jello
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 c. grated carrots

Preparation

Juice of pineapple and enough water to make 1 pint of liquid. Let the jello and liquid slightly mold before adding the grated carrots and crushed pineapple.
Mix all together and mold in a large mold or individual molds.
Serve on lettuce.
