Chicken And Dressing Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken
    1/2 large onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 can water chestnuts, chopped or sliced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 large pkg. herb Stove Top dressing
    1 tsp. each: Accent, garlic powder, lemon pepper, dill weed, seasoned salt and parsley
    1 Tbsp. chives
    1/4 c. margarine
Preparation
    Cook chicken; take out bones and fat.
    Chop.
    Cream together chicken, celery, onion, water chestnuts, soups and sour cream.
    Add seasonings.
    Mix well.
    Pour in sprayed baking dish.
    Top with stuffing mix.
    Drizzle melted butter over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 10 to 12 people.
