Italian Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork, beef and veal ground meat
    2 large eggs
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    2 Tbsp. grated cheese
    2 slices white bread, grated
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; mix well.
    Roll meat into 2-inch balls.
    Should make about 10.
    Fry in vegetable oil until brown. You can use with marinara sauce or by themselves.
    These can also be frozen for later use.
