Oven Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 qt. popcorn, buttered and salted
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
2 sticks butter or oleo
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
nuts (optional)
Preparation

Combine sugar, syrup, oleo and salt.
Heat to boiling.
Boil for 5 minutes and remove from heat.
Then add baking soda, stir and pour over popcorn in bowl.
Spread on 2 cookie sheets.
Bake at 200\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Stir every 15 minutes while the mixture is baking.
