Almond Pine Cones - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-1/4 c. whole natural almonds
    1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. real mayonnaise
    5 crisp bacon slices, crumbled
    1 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    1/2 tsp. dill weed
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Spread almonds in a single layer in a shallow pan. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 15 minutes, stirring often until almonds just begin to turn color. Combine softened cream cheese and mayonnaise; mix well. Add bacon, onion, dill weed and pepper; mix well. Cover and chill overnight.
