Super Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. beef stew meat
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 can mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms
2/3 c. cooking wine
2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
pepper
dash of nutmeg

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a 2 quart baking dish.
Cover and bake for 3 hours at 325\u00b0.
Serve over noodles.
