Ingredients

1 qt. persimmons
2 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 lb. butter, melted
3 eggs
1 c. plain flour
pinch of soda
1 tall can evaporated milk, undiluted
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mash persimmons through colander (makes about 1 cup of pulp). Add melted butter to pulp.
Then add remaining ingredients.
Bake in large pan at 400\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until brown.
Use 11 x 14-inch pan.
