Yorkshire Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
    3 eggs (room temperature)
    1 Tbsp. melted shortening
Preparation
    Place mixture in well-greased 8-inch square pan.
    Bake 15 minutes at 450\u00b0.
    Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Lower 25 degrees for glass pan.
